—Mister Chang
Mister Chang is the second character from Black Lagoon that can be considered The Master of Rizz, with the other one being the clown Lotton the Wizard. He is the boss of the Hong Kong Triad in Thailand and used to be a cop for the UnPolice. He is the friendly rival of Balalaika and the man who decided to create That's Disgusting! in order to piss off Topham, because he still owes him 7 thousand Robux and UnDollars. He's a very cool and chill guy and is known as The Most Superior Rizz Master of All Time, as he was able to reach Level 999 Rizz, a higher level than all the Top Hat Mafia members combined.
His Past[]
Mister Chang was a police officer in the Hong Kong UnPolice, and Chang explains that he has "looked into the hearts of human beings and has seen things you can't even imagine." He saw all the corruption in the force and called the Police "fucking stupid idiots" because all the people in the force were corrupt shitheads who decided to beat up innocent people for no reason, and accepted Rupee and UnDollar bribes. So he did what was best for him and left the force, but not before killing his partners for their crimes of being Spametti dealers. After doing that, he decided to travel to Skyrim in order to kill Stormcloaks and acquire the elder scrolls that help you with rizz. After collecting them all, he got level 999 Rizz and proceeded to go to Thailand months before Hotel Moscow arrived. He got into a little gunfight with Balalaika. The battle was so bad that it nearly destroyed the entire fucking city. But the woman respecter Dutch showed up and declared peace between the two, and Hotel Moscow and the Hong Kong Triad have more or less been on good terms ever since. After that little battle, which led to massive respect from fry face herself, he decided to set up the Thai branch of the Hong Kong Triad and soon became the boss of it.
Mister Chang's Adventures[]
After finding out that 2 psychotic children have been killing members of Hotel Moscow, he decided to hold an EMERGENCY MEETING between the main crime lords of Roanapur, including Balalaika of Hotel Moscow, Elmo of Elmo Gang, Jabsco of Talon Company, and Geese FUCKING Howard along with his half-brother Wolfgang Krauser, who were just visiting Thailand to see how their branch of South Town is doing. During the meeting, Chang wanted them to keep the balance of power, or else he'll smack Balalaika's ass at 120mph (he was joking). However, Balalaika asked him if those 2 kids were hired by him, but Chang explains why he wouldn't harm his relationship with her, and says that he didn't even hire the twins and that they killed 2 of his men too. Balalaika left the meeting and elaborated that she would get revenge on whoever killed her comrades, be they friend or foe. After Balalaika found out the identities of the twins, she proceeded to mention all the Horror Show that happened, which really discomforted the rizz man; he had no sympathy, stating that "I will erase Romania off the map later" and asked what she wanted in return from him. Balalaika said that she wanted to start a just war instead of a gang war, so Chang agreed to have the Triad temporarily ally with her, remarking that he did not need to consult his bosses in Hong Kong on the matter.
While this chaos happened, he would meet Topham and he would insult him, saying that he had -1 rizz before leaving, soon listening to the podcast That's Discussing! And trust me, he really hated it, so he gathered his favorite assassin and her freelancer buddies and told them to make a made-in-China version of That's Discussing, and that's how That's Disgusting! was made. Sadly, the twins showed up in his office and a huge gunfight ensued. However, Chang played too much Touhou and dodged everything. The young girl Gretel commended Chang for his shooting skills. In response, Chang sarcastically thanked them, but Gretel told him that she did not have time to fight the Triad, leaving the scene and Chang unharmed.
After surviving the twins from Hell's core, Chang would return to his mission of making rizz and asking Revy to help him make a fourth Top Fighter 2000 MK VIII game, but the Stormcloaks along with the Rebel Army attacked him, leading him and Revy to have the best gunfight ever, and they became buddies. But not long after, a few minutes later, a red Spy showed up and started making Skibidi Toilet Spametti. Chang told him to Stop It; Get Some Help, but when he refused, he had him interrogated and threatened to cut off his pingas with a Sword. Spy explained that he was hired by MannCo to make the 5000 Skibidi Spametti articles for 5000 cigarettes, so Chang shows up and demands that the UnAnything Team delete all the Skibidi Toilet articles, but they didn't want to, so Chang had a small skill issue, called them shitheads, and left.
After returning to Thailand he tried to rizz up a lot of women, but decided to go on a little date with Balalaika, but decided to keep his emotions in check, as he knew that if other people found out that he wanted to have Get da hint? with the leader of Hotel Moscow, he would be in deep trouble by the Titan TV Men that want to kill him because of his multiple acts of disrespect to the most mid YouTube series of all time. He currently resides in Thailand, working on his triad and trying to disband the Top Hat Mafia.
