If everyone's names were anonomyzed/changed (e.g. "datenthgate" > "moon lord" for example) and no source links to blogs were given, could the page stay up? It is something important that has happened on this wiki.
Instead of asking Fandom Staff to close the UnAnything Wiki, you should have resigned and given me or Cg097 bureaucrat privileges and let us handle the rest and here's why: From your blog post, you don't seem happy here, you've stated how cringe this wiki is, all you do is repair Gary Stu characters, and are sick of the content of this wiki, and you're not going to be done until the wiki closes.
With bureaucrat privileges the really outrageous Gary Stu pages that can't be fixed can be deleted, and we can recruit admins to get rid of them too as it's a lot of work, of course editing them normally so they're no longer Gary Stus is fine, but we need a plan for the future too which is why bureaucrat is so important. DaTenthGate the other active bureaucrat no longer wanting to edit here and with both of you losing intrest in the wiki, no strong bureucrat's going to be left to keep this place functioning as YoshiKoopa's last time visiting was in February, and was gone for 7 years before that, not to mention TheSnuggleKinz hasn't been doing anything after the Stupididy Wiki merge.
Many regular users here don't want this wiki to close, as the comments of your blog post definitely demonstrate. Let's keep the "classic and timeless internet humour alive" like how YoshiKoopa said it. I can take this wiki off of your hands, Cg097 can take this wiki off of your hands. A lot of people don't want this place to close. We can fix most the gary stu problems, however the wiki's identitiy is mostly in that timeless internet humour and that simply can't just go away.
heya, probably should've updated you on this sooner but here i go anyways.
i was denied ownership of unmario wiki, but i'm pretty sure it was because of the poor phrasing i used in the request i sent in.
azure/vesta is on board with taking weegeepedia, but they've been acting kinda odd about it. they've been keeping in touch with me about they're progress, but the last time they said anything (which was a while ago now) they said they were gonna try to get more active there, all though their account has like 0 edits???
i still think we should trust them with weegeepedia but could you help me try and get them back on or at least make sure they're on track?
Hey Kamafa and DatBoi, what if I just edited the UnMario Wiki for 7 days straight and then try to adopt it through w:c:community:Adoption:Requests? I mean, I downplayed this when she suggested this to me last time, but I think it's worth a try.
I'll meet all the requirements needed, by creating articles, editing everyday as required, and then after a week or so, creating a blog post asking for community approval for adminship . I make a poll in that blog post and that's how we show FANDOM I deserve to be admin there.
