Mathrus also known as The Father of all Cheapies is a character from MUGEN who was created by Bob Saget to make a super weapon to bake pies but in the end it turned on Bob Saget and tried to cause a revolution in Hell.
The creation of Mathrus[]
Bob Saget was bored in hell and he wanted to create a super powerful entity to rule Hell while he's in the UnWorld. As such, Saget went on a treasure hunt in order to acquire so much fucking Plotholium and he later kidnapped and cloned SCP-939 before fusing the clone with a Dragon, some plotholium, and multiple MUGEN games, and thus Mathrus was made as the pet of Bob Saget. He was later crowned as the defender of Hell specifically in the Circle of Wrath. But one day Mathrus started having a seizure and he began creating offspring by generating them into existence and thus the era of cheapies began.

The Rebellion and The Fate of Mathrus[]
Years after the creation of the cheapies, Mathrus was tired of being bossed around by Bob Saget and planned to overthrow him to become the new ruler of Hell. As such, most of the cheapies decided to rise up and begin a revolution. The only people who didn't participate were LetterS, Already Broken, and the patriarch of the Meiling bloodline, Hei Meiling. The battle against the cheapies was so brutal that soon Bob Saget and Nobunaga Oda had to set aside their differences in order to take on Mathrus. However, he was too strong due to the 500 gallons of liquid plotholium they injected into him. Saget had to call upon the great Chuck Norris himself to stop him. It was a long battle, but after a Roundhouse Kick weakened Mathrus, Saget advised Chuck to seal him away in an amulet, as if Mathrus died, he'd destroy all of Hell. Chuck used the Amulet of Undefeatables to seal Mathrus away, and the amulet was relocated to a hidden circle of Hell, the 19th circle, where he remains in his jail to this day.
Only a few cheapies were given rights with Mathrus's brother being sealed away too. Due to the fact that only a few didn't participate Hei meiling LetterS and Already broken were deported out of hell and were sent to the unworld where they reside today
- Already Broken Resides in Gensokyo in the Makai with other touhou cheapies
- LetterS is usually in her pocket dimension but you can sometimes see her buy cat treats and toys from a pet store in Cool Land
- Hei Meiling Resides on Neptune after becoming a member of the Unbeatables. But usually is seen with her Grandchildren her children her clones and her great great grandchildren
- Oaev was able to escape her punishment and resides in the basement of the Moriya Shrine
