Martin is a random, but evil scientist who though it was a bright idea to turn himself into a part Teletubbie, part human monster who is a sub dictator of Germany along with Horrortime tubby.
He tries to sell people hypnotizing TV's that turn them into Teletubby Minions.
He was killed by Mario who shot him with a sniper after saying "Suprise, yah filthy fiend."
He was later resurrected by Barney and then he killed Barney and left. He then ASPLODED and has respawned in the Home Dome where they are hiding because the Police are after them. He later assassinated The Scratch Cat.
Martin DIED for the final time when somebody killed him.
