Magica De Spell is some dead witch who has spasms when her plans are failing. It is common for her to fly out a window shortly after. Apparently, she is forbidden from using the word "the" and her sentences always come out funny. Magica De Spell likes buying spells at a discount store, but when she was defeated for the 50th time by Scrooge McDuck, she never went to a discount store again. Magica De Spell's only plan that ever came close to successful was Dracula Duck. She used many stuffs (like bombs) on him but it still failed. She flew at a window shortly after.
She has a really obsessive crush on Spiderman. She met him when she was in the German Prison. But when he got killed by Indominus Rex, she became depressed and started doing drugs, so she constantly tried to revive him. However, her plans always fail, causing her to get more spasms.

One time, she was too high on drugs so she challenged Saitama, AKA One Punch Man, in order to take away his power so that she could revive Spiderman. This time her powers and magic and spells were actually stable somehow, so she actually put up a good fight. She used some teleportation, so when Saitama tried to one punch her she teleported, but he eventually caught up to her considering he can run at the speed of light, THEN HE ONE PUNCHED HERR!!! AND SHE ASPLODDEDDDDD!!! She had a rlly pathetic life lmao
