The Mafia Boss is a ruler of the Mafia, which should make a lot of sense, and it's not actually anyone specific. However, we will talk about the most popular Mafia Boss in this article, erm... Mafia Boss. He does have a name, but Nobody knows about it, so go ask him.
History[]
The Mafia Boss was once your average guy working at a factory in the Mushroom Kingdom. He hated this job, and decided to get him and his friends into a gang group so that they can earn more money to do Stuff with. This was how the Mafia was invented initially, and they mainly created disgusting food, sold off drugs, and become Loan Sharks to launder more money in order for the Mafia Boss to build a boat for him and his pals to sail off and go to the island of their dreams.
The Mafia Boss found a random island in the UnUS Minor Outlying Islands and took it over, beating up Mustache Girls and turned the volcano on it into a giant Geyser with a restaurant casino on top. And so, the island known as Mafia Town was created, not to be confused with Mafia City, of course. The Mafia Boss spent his time gaining more cash by doing what he does best; making seafood now that he has much more access to them nowadays. The Mafia lived "peacefully" until a girl named Hat Kid crashed into the island after a Mafia Goon punched her due to not paying the boat toll. The Mafia Boss decided to steal her hat, and he was murdered by her. Hat Kid put the remains of the Mafia Boss into a jar as a treasure, where he stays for the rest of time. He's still alive technically, though let's be honest: who would survive being crushed into mush?

Of course, the Mafia panicked and ran away from their island. They needed a new leader, so they found this random man in a suit and made him the leader. He moved the Mafia to Miami, Florida, gave them new outfits, and placed a new 99-level (or 35-Level, it's pretty inconsistent.) rank system for the Mafia. The Mafia Boss was then taken over, and that Mafia Boss was taken over by another crook. This kept happening and happening a ton throughout the years. Nowadays, the Mafia Boss changes rapidly every day, at least 200 times a month, which is impressive, but that's Florida for you.
