The M4A1 is the supposed "pinnacle of shooting n00bs technorogy!!" but is really not so far from that truth. Outclassed by the AK-47 in not every single way but lots of ways, its only gimmick is that that it supports a beer bottle and pizza holder!

Fat Bill Clinton ordered a newer version of an AR-15 be made immediately. Sadly the military was drunk on distilled Number Captain Poison and running off snorted crack, though, and I think we know what happens next...
The M4 (not to be confused with the expensive as fuck BMW) was made soon there after. The general put it next to an AR-15 and an M16; besides full auto, it was just the same gun. Fat Bill still accepted it, though! That meant it sucked ass automatically. The M4 was cheaper and could have optics put on it without modding, though, but for some reason the AK is much more popular.
Use in shames and UnPop Culture[]
Call of Ducky shames often have this gun and Evil Captain 0 has a gold one alongside a platinum Desert Eagle and a LOT of other guns. When he was asked “why not an AK?” he said “Америка! бля да! Я ненавижу эту русскую винтовку!” which roughly translates to “America! Fuck yeah!! I hate this Russian rifle!”
Most guards of Sagetopolis use this as their main weapon, so there’s a place where the M4 is more popular then the AK.
