Lock is a menace to society, to put it in the most basic way possible. You need proof? He goes around dressed like Bob Saget and terrorizes everybody for sick kicks, especially on Halloween (his favorite holiday). He's got a little gang with his two best friends Shock and Barrel, but he has some other friends, too. Those being Security Puppet, The Swedish Reaper, Angela Anaconda, and Gus Finch. He's friends with these guys because they're all either criminals or connected to scary guys. However, he hates Goku-Sotsu-Kun (who is both) and thinks he's stupid, despite hanging out with some of his friends from the UnWorld. He hates GSK so much because he's a "no-good rotten Nazi scumbag!"
He used to work for Didney, but he went berserk one day and proclaimed that they were coming to take him away (ha-haaa). Turns out he was talking about the police coming to arrest him and send him to prison, as he had just set fire to an area of Didneyland and was praising Bob Saget as it all burned. He was also once casted for a movie based on Kayloo, where he would've played the titular demon child.
