Kuff 'n' Klout are a duo of vigilante Kremlings who worked for King K. Rool until General Klump and later Krusha came along. They later joined the Bad People because they're big and very bad. The two are known for their evil acts of running shoulder to shoulder and leap frogging.
Kuff 'n' Klout were born in Soviet Russia. As such, they have beef, so much beef, they are beefier than two Bacon Explosions. They then shoulder dash to King K. Rool's Kamp to apply for a job to kill some Kongs, as they just don't like monkeys. K. Rool hired them because he thought they were fat rather than buff. He was disappointed but did not want to really get rid of the two.
When Klump waddled by, K. Rool vibe checked them with the funnel of his King K. Rool Cannon before sucking and shooting them out. Afterwards, they shoulder dashed into Wario, who proceeded to counterattack with HIS shoulder dash. They liked each other, and Kuff 'n' Klout were invited to join the Bad People. They hadn't looked back since, even when Klump was fired, as that was when Krusha was first hired.
