The King of Flan was a marketer, business man, racquet owner, telemarketer, assassin, and a member of the Tsuruga Crime Family, one of the 5 families of Nagano City, Japan, 1943. Being part of one of the lesser known families in the city, he was highly devoted to making his family more well known. He was born with a mental disorder, and was restricted from saying anything but "BUY FLANTASY FLAN!" We don't know much about him, because The King of Flan was killed when he was kicked off of a tower trying to persuade Mario and Koromo Ryuumonbuchi into buying his Flan before he could really do anything important. Today his Flan is banned.
