Kasumi Todoh is the youngest daughter of the Todoh family born to her parents Ryuhaku and Shizuko Todoh in Japan.
Despite being friends with Cringe, she absolutely hates Skibidi Toilet as she thinks it's turning the youth into mindless zombies that play on their IPADS all day. She hated it to the point where she made a template that says the article Todohlly sucks just so she can post it onto the Skibidi articles, but these were deemed spam by the UnAnything Team.
She sees certain members of the Top Hat Mafia like family. Like how just like Juno she sees Ally as a sort of big sister. And how she sees Iwasaki as a mother figure. Sometimes you can see her hanging out with Eiji Kisaragi despite saying that she hates him but only Juno knows that they're frenemies. Her friendship with Nightmarionne is very complicated because she's fucking scared of him and gothic stuff as she commonly associates goths with suicidal attention-seeking emos.
BIOGRAPHY[]
She was raised by her parents, and by the time she was 9, her father trained her in the ways of the Todoh-ryu Aikijutsu. She trained in that martial arts academy for a while until at the age of 13, when her father got defeated, so guess what he did: he left to get the milk. So Kasumi had to take matters into her own hands to find her father. She became a wandering girl to get revenge for her father, but her mom forced her to return to Japan because revenge sucks. She knew her father was hiding in plain sight, and she barely knows any fucking English.
She wandered off again and accidentally ended up in the UnWorld, where she'd get ambushed by Eiji Kisaragi. She was shocked that he was here until Eiji revealed (aka he broke the fourth wall) by telling her that The King of Fighters franchise is merging with UnAnything, and proceeded to call her fatherless. So Kasumi got mad and tried to fight him, but failed and got the daylights beaten out of her. She was later kidnapped by the Pedo Bear. Too bad this 16-year-old has Gojo's "nah, I'd win" attitude, and fucking kills Pedo Bear before running off and accidentally breaking into a KFC, where the Top Hat Mafia allies decided to get together and celebrate the death of DJ Hallyboo. Literally covered in broken glass while in the Family Guy death pose, Nightmarionne just dragged her to the Goths base. Once waking up, she wanted to know what the hell was going on in this weird place, and she wanted to know where the hell her dad was. Unfortunately, nobody knew about the whereabouts of her dad.
Kasumi needed to get new allies, so she tried to join as an ally, but she had to prove herself first. She would have to fight Iwasaki, which was gg ez because her fighting style is super strong. She'd soon become friends with Juno because they were both cringe. She would later do things like look at cats, drink Mountain Dew, and train some more because she was bored and later have a friendly rivalry with Ally Kabam, well, that was before the vengeful Eiji Kisaragi incident.
FIRST KING OF FIGHTERS TOURNAMENT[]
During the first King of Fighters tournament, Kasumi got Eiji to join her as she was planning on making Team Art of Fighting. Sadly Lee Pai Long declined joining the Tournament as he already made a team with Ryo Sakazaki and Hei Meiling. So in a moment of desperation, she decided to ask Juno to join which works forming a team with a name that they still need to come up with.

- Todoh is Terrible at speaking English so she carries a Japanese to English dictionary with her at all times. She's currently learning it as her second language.
- Her best friend is Juno and probably has feelings for her.
- She's absolutely afraid of goths.
- Kasumi is the nicest person in the Top Hat Mafia as long as you don't call her fatherless.
