Judge Holden, sometimes just called The Judge, is a menace to society, originally from Round Star. He's a primordial creature of pro pain and pro pain accessories that exists because of the suffering Goku-Sotsu-Kun has caused. He has killed, maimed, and mentally scarred OVER 9000 people, on Round Star, the UnWorld, and who knows how many other places. He has Rizz, but in the worst way imaginable, he oozes confidence like an open wound, and that makes him scarier than any cryptid with unknown motives. He is "charismatic, talented, and utterly abhorrent" in the words of Ally Kabam's insights. He has been declared as the most violent tyrant since Watatsuki No Yorihime.
The Identity of The Judge[]
Physical Appearance[]
The Judge resembles an overweight, albino man in a black outfit that consists of a wide-brimmed hat and overcoat. Some say he resembles the icon often seen on neighborhood watch signs, with a man in a hat and trench-coat that functions as a stand-in for a criminal. A conspiracy theorist even once said that he was the inspiration for these signs, due to the sheer mayhem he always leaves in his wake.
Mind and Personality[]
His voice is stern and lacks any sort of genuine emotion, despite his shallow charisma. When he is angered, he could make a grown man fall to his knees in terror, weeping like a newborn. He talks very eloquently (that means he's good with words), but the specifics of what he speaks of leave troubling implications, especially considering his rap sheet. The Judge is vengeful and manipulative, using others to get what he wants. His dead eyes seem to command people who can otherwise fight back. Once, a group of people were prepared to shoot him, but they felt compelled not to, no matter how hard they tried to pull the trigger.
The Role Of The Judge[]
An Antithesis To The Dealer[]
In her writings, Ally Kabam describes The Judge as a sort of anti-"Hip Choice", spreading violence and fear as opposed to trying to stop it. He feels that he owns all, due to his perceived higher intellect than most Round Starians (even their leader), and abuses this power. On the other side, "Hip Choice" is a sort of vigilante, protecting those who he encounters and forming close alliances (like the Goths). The Dealer and The Judge are both rebellious, but one uses it for good, and the other for evil.
A Manifestation of Pain[]
The Judge also exists to torture Goku-Sotsu-Kun, maniacal dictator of Round Star. He's been known to kill legions of GSK's army on the regular, sometimes selling their organs on the black market. He views GSK as merely a figurehead, a fake ruler in "this lawless place called Life". He also appears after grisly crimes take place, just to bask in the suffering it causes. The police have tried to chase him down many times, but he never listens. Why does he have to?

- The Judge enjoys cigars, specifically of the Cuban variety.
- Many report the whistling of The Judge causes the ears of all around him to bleed.
- Him and Kurt Cobain shot and skinned Scaffer. Kurt might also be his unwilling accomplice.
- Just recently, he showed up at the THM base and demanded for them to bring him Ally Kabam, who he suspected was helping with the Round Star rebellion.
- Holden is responsible for the death of Yoshie Shinozaki and Sachiko Shinozaki's accidental death.
