Jimbei is a fishman dude who is good at karate from the anime One Piece. He is in the Straw Hat Pirates pirate group. He can also use Haki.

Backstory[]
Long before Luffy started his career as a pirate, Jimbei was doing martial arts and Fish-man Karate and had a black belt. He was also a part of the royal army under King Neptune, and fought in some insignifcant wars. He would then decide to become a pirate for fun and formed the Fishman Pirates with his friend Arlong. Unlike his friend, he was not racist towards humans and never is. They went on many adventures and one day the pirate crew just broke up and Jimbei left since he didn't want to be friends with him anymore. He would later befriend Doctor Piccolo and defend his home from dangers. He had quit being a pirate but then became a pirate again later...
Jimbei punches Arlong
He was held in the German Prison for quite some time but Luffy helped him escape when he was thrown in there too. When they were talking, they realized that Jimbei is friends with Luffy's brother, Portgas D. Ace, and he was held in there too. Luffy helped Jimbei escape and then they both tried to get Ace back but the prison guards were just too strong. After all this, Jimbei asked to be in Luffy's pirate group and he agreed.
