Inspector Uzbek, also known as Lei Wulong, is the current police chief in Cool Land. Born in China, young Lei wanted to be a police officer, so he went to school to learn before he could go to the police academy and climb up the ranks. Uzbek arrested over 700 criminals in a span of 5 days, so the other officers gave him the name of super police. He was assigned an important mission to enforce laws in Cool Land as he found out that there was crime and uncool people in Cool Land—people who would steal bread after they worked for three days straight without a salary. Uzbek would join the UnPolice in Cool Land to enforce these laws.
Cool Land Uzbek[]
In Cool Land, it was chaos, and they needed a man to give the police morale support after the sarin gas attack and The Typan Revolutionary War. As the police were down and depressed, this is where Inspector Uzbek came in and decided that he would spend his life helping and protecting the people of Cool Land. He would become a police chief after a few months and arresting 900 uncool people and busting illegal operations. He would then send the criminals to Horny Jail, or they would be deported to Cool Land Upside-Down. He was the ultimate super cop that even Captain 70 was jealous of him, and everything was going fine until the events of The Tien And Yamcha Movie.
The events of the Tien and Yamcha movie[]
The movies are actually canon to the UnAnything lore. So in the movie, Uzbek tries to arrest Jesus Christ, Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, The Marine, and Clownpiece for being uncool, but he was tackled to the ground by cyber Smoke, and he gave up with the arrests. But then Padwah fought Jesus, where he tried to help, but he got surprised attacked by Vita and was tossed aside. We would see him again fighting off the soldiers of the Rebel Army with his UnPolice allies and escaped them after being rescued by a group of special forces called Red Company.
