Hyper-Realistic Blood is blood that came from real life. It didn’t come from the UnUniverse. It came from clichépastas and some trollpastas, and even creepypastas. Sonic.EXE is well known for being jealous of hyper-realistic blood's creators, copying it into his own trollpastas AND videoshames.
Hyper-realistic blood technically isn't actual blood, so you can't use it for satanic rituals. If you inject hyper-realistic blood into someone or put it in their IV bag, they will be converted into an EXE and become obsessed with this stuff, due to the trace amounts of evilness that is in hyper-realistic blood.
