Horny Jail is a location in Teletubby Land founded by Horrortime Tubby (under the name Trollsuck) to punish horny people by forcing them to make crappy Shames for ShamesCoarse for the rest of their days.
Luckily enough, the concept of Horny Jail was effective enough. The routines of Horny Jail actually have a positive effect on the criminals imprisoned there, so much so that most leave Horny Jail not wanting to be horny anymore. They just want to be happy, which they can now be. Anyone horny comes here, because of the prison's name, obviously.
Soviet Russian co-ownership[]
An HJ Gulag Division overseer. (Also also the uniform of gulag staff in Soviet Russia, and pretty much any Soviet Russian’s winter dress).
In 2017, Soviet Russia, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the fall of Nicholas II, opened a division to expand job opportunities. Inside, they make people make Soviet-themed shames for ShamesCoarse Soviet Russia. Chiang Ziya was once held there in 2020, before somehow managing to escape, making him the only person to ever escape the division. In the division, since the games here are made for Soviet Russians, new inmates are forced to read an entire [insert language]-Russian dictionary before making shames here.
