Horny Jail is a location in Teletubby Land founded by Horrortime Tubby (under the name Trollsuck) to punish horny people by forcing them to make crappy Shames for ShamesCoarse for the rest of their days.
Luckily enough, the concept of Horny Jail was effective enough. The routines of Horny Jail actually have a positive effect on the criminals imprisoned there, so much so that most leave Horny Jail not wanting to be horny anymore. They just want to be happy, which they can now be. Anyone horny comes here, because of the prison's name, obviously.

Why be sent there?[]
We have already told you that you have to be horny to be sent to Horny Jail where they make shames like ET: The Extraterrestrial (Shame) for the rest of time. Many people also receive a severe bonking before being sent to the Horny Jail. These bonkings are usually performed by Doge.
