Doofenshmirtz after getting zapped by his ULTRA-HANDSOME-INATOR!
Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the evil ruler of the Tri State Area Island, well actually a clone of him is the ruler. There have been many clones of Doof, each one being defeated by a Platypus.
First Doof[]
The first Doof lived in B.C. times, its unknown what year it was because Nobody cares. When Doof realized he was going to die, he made a cloning device and clone himself. He died three seconds later.
Second Doof[]
The second Doof lived up to 1083. He was almost the first Doof that accomplished something, but was defeated by a platypus dragon He cloned himself before he was burned to death.
