Haki is a magical and spiritual superpower that only mentally and physically strong creatures can learn that allows them to become MOAR POWERFULLLLLL!!! Yup, basically stronger and smarter. Some guys are born with it, and it's a really useful, but strange superpower that can also help a lot in fighting. Since it is spiritual, it exists within the soul. That means you have to believe that you can use it or really want to use it. It is also magical due to the circumstances of why it was created. It exists deep within in the UnOmniverse, surrounding it and can even spawn like lightning (Conquerors Haki).
Creation[]
The UnDefeatables made Haki invent itself when them and their scientists realized the immense power being exerted in one area of the UnWorld was spreading to others, making everyone overpowered and fighting each other, needed to be contained. It came from Goku's foot when he kicked Frieza so fast and so hard that he destroyed a mountain and created gold and time traveled at the same time. Since Goku's kick was so powerful, it made others OP too since he's OP. The UnDefeatables told air to stop the spread and the air listened because that air didn't want to die (even though air isn't alive) and it decided to just shoot out some dangerous bright black and red electricity/light that manifests the form of the power itself to stop others from becoming OP. It also created 2 other forms for some reason, Armament and Observation. Because of all that, it is magical but also spiritual because yes.
So because of this, whenever Cyber-Dee or some other strong person decides to smack the crap out of another person then Conqueror's Haki (the electricity mentioned above) will appear.

Observation haki[]
It heightens someone's intuition (or spidey-sense, as Spiderman calls it). It can assist in a battle so that you can dodge attacks but doesn't really aid your strength.
Armament haki[]

It makes whatever part of you body that you want black and stronger (stop it with your dirty mind it's not that). Many guys and also heroes like to use armament haki on their fists and then punch the bad guys with it. It assists with both defense and offense.
Conqueror's haki[]

It allows the user to overpower the will of other people with stronger willpower, and is like a stronger armament haki with red and black glow. It also spawns red and black lightning usually if you hit someone hard enough. It greatly assists with both defense and offense. It is also the first type of Haki. Armament aand Observation were created as extras.
