"Prepare for the biggest underbelly brawl in history"

Grand Theft Sesame Street: Gang Wars is the hit 3D fighting shame spin-off to the classic mob boss simulator Grand Theft Sesame Street. The shame was made in response to the Super Smash Bros. FAIL rage. People really wanted to see what else fighting shames could be. Wario, Waluigi, Grover, Ernie AND everybody at Konami came together just to produce what could possibly be the best 3D fighting shame in a series about Sesame Street and it's underbelly.

Plot[]

Elmo and his gang are seen sending in SAM the Robot into a robot fighting ring, little do their opponents know that SAM was buffed and armed with dastardly artillery. As a penalty, the Elmo Gang are forced to brutally tear each other apart, less they want every YouTube ad to be replaced with the creepy jumpscare ads for the 2018 film, "The Nun".

Modes[]

  • Story - exactly what it says on the tin. 100 fights, can you handle them all?
  • Free For All - Self explanatory.
  • Teams - Also pretty self explanatory.
  • Venture Mode - Fight random opponents and even bosses to earn cookies.
  • Cookie Black Market - trade in cookies for new stages, songs, characters, and costumes.
  • Online - online brawl! All locations and characters included on Free-for-All mode

Characters[]

Each character has a bunch of attacks like most fighting shames, mainly like a 3D Street Fighter. The shame's equivalent of special attacks is the, "Road Rage" and can be used when you attack enemies enough times. It is not the same as their actual Final Smash attacks in the actual UnWorld.

Character Bio Road Rage
Elmo Face
Elmo
Elmo is the mob boss of Sesame Street, he is the undying leader of the Elmo Gang, and is a feared villain. This fur is red because it was stained by blood that dried. His move set consists of various standard weapons like guns and grenades and battle axes. Elmo goes into his SUV from Grand Theft Sesame Street: Street Derby and drives around invincible, running over opponents.
Grover Ghost
Grover
Once Elmo's partner in crime, Grover had a cap popped into him when he coughed, interrupting Elmo's speech. He was then killed by Kermit. He rejoined the gang in spirit in order to continue killing people. His move set consists of throwing hitodamas around that explode and turning invisible to punch people without being detected. Grover possesses another fighter and turns them into a Super Grover like form of themselves. They fly into another opponent and both fighters take damage.
Big Bird
Big Bird
Killed by pilgrims, kicked out of the gang, Big Bird had a rough time. He has came back just to kill the rest of the gang. This bird isn't too smart, though. His attacks involve tossing bird seed bags that harm people and get seed in their eyes to blind them, and pecking people with his large beak. Big Bird lays a large egg that is actually an explosive. The blast radius is fairly large.
Oscar
Oscar the Grouch and Bruno
Not a wad of trash, Oscar is a grouch who joined Elmo's Gang for the plague, famine, pestilence, and frozen dairy treats. He is carried by Bruno the Trash Man and attacks with banana peels to slip people over and clubbing people with trash bags. Oscar jumps out of the can, which turns into The Junker, which vacuums people, throws dirt Thwomps and releases various junk.
Kermit1955
Kermit
A frog who thought him leaving the swamp was so big he reenacted it with his pals, he loves tea and AK-47s, and to keep him from dying, he has the highest jump of the characters. His attacks include shooting guys and swinging driftwood logs around. The shame becomes a Guitar Hero styled rhythm shame with his banjo, depending on how well you do, Kermit's stats get buffed for a short while. If you do it perfectly he's practically invincible and can instantly kill others.
Sans Zealand
Lew Zealand
His parents were killed by sea life, and he was raised by it. He learnt how to throw fish like boomerangs and pull them out of Hammerspace. His attacks include charging up to throw increasingly larger fish like boomerangs and sliding giant tuna cans across the floor like curling stones. Lew Zealand says, "You're gonna have a bass time" and his right eye glows like Sans' eye, fish bones come out of the floor and slide around to hit people while bass skulls appear to spit lasers.
Easter bunny
Easter Bunny
A rabbit who breaks into houses to give the goody goodies fun things. He is the representative of Easter Island's Elmo Gang division. His attacks include carrot missiles and bonking people on the head with eggs. Easter Bunny pulls out a basket that sucks people up and then explodes soon later.
Cookies
Cookie Monster
Grover's still alive brother, but he's probably gonna get a heart attack as he's practically a cookie trash compactor. He doesn't do too much outside of waiting for Big Bird to bring him another shipment of fresh palmiers. His attacks include tossing Cookie Shurikens, cookie pizza slices shaped like kunais, and smashing people by using empire biscuit halves like crash cymbals. Cookie Monster becomes a wizard in robes designed like cookie dough, he casts spells that turn people into assorted cookies, which he then eats to restore health. Those he ate are then spat out and take damage.

DLC Fighters[]

Famous characters from the other gun based video shames appear as a DLC pack. They cost Un$1.49 each (Although Automative Grover is free)

Character Bio Road Rage
Ducky
Ducky
Ducky is the tyrant of the (semi) powerful Ducky Empire and appears in the Call of Ducky franchise, he is also known for his ice based weapons. He is a hand puppet who attacks with a light saber and shooting Kill Quacks at people. He can also teleport by running and pressing the shoulder button. Ducky jumps off screen and comes back down in the Quadgun, which moves like Elmo's SUV but also shoots missiles.
The game- SpongeBob yelling
SpongeBob SquarePants
The sea sponge who, in fact, does live in a pineapple under the sea. He is the star of the somewhat popular HaloBob GunPants franchise. He attacks by releasing jellyfish from his net and karate chopping. Gary the Snail appears with a firecracker launcher on his shell and shoots fireworks across the battlefield.
MrrKey (3)
Mr. Key
The multicolored giant floating key with a face from Craftworld and the star of the cult classic Overkey series. He has a very poor grasp of the English language and attacks by throwing hearts and jumping to create shock waves. Mr. Key becomes Mr. Keyvil and flings rainbow oblong shapes infused with orange plasma around. These doohickeys also explode.
Cyborg Grover
Automative Grover
Grover's spirit harnessed in a robotic body. Although he is rusted, clanking and seemingly in need of a tune up and a change of oil, this hydraulic revenant can deliver whoop ass on the fly. Attacks include choppy chops, deploying mines, and fast but weak laser blasts. Literally just Ike's final smash but in a 3D enviornment, wowie kaplowie.
Conker Squirrel
Conker
Everyone’s favorite squirrel used to be in the Emo Gang A T-Rex appears out of nowhere and Conker hops on it. The T-Rex eats everything in sight for 15 seconds whilst his theme plays
