He's white from being in his sister's shadow all the time.
Gallade is a Blade Pokemon. He is Psychic/Fighting type because it brings outrageous power. You can get a Gallade whenever you evolve some other guy somehow, or when Chuck Norris says so. Gallade is on the top ten list of most powerful Pokemon in the world.
He is most well known for the fact that his arms turn into super-cool swords that can attack any enemy he sees. But, it is less known that Gallades are also very good at space-missions, so many are actually astronauts. The one we refer to when we mention a single Gallade is also in a relationship with Gardevoir, which naturally attracts Trolls to say he's a degenerate, but little do they know of his powers over swords, Over 9000 and 19 dollar Fortnite cards.
Unfortunately, at some point in the evening on April 27, 2018, he was found with his Mind Stone ripped out - "courtesy" of an unchecked Thanos. The species, of course, is completely fine and is of least concern, though exploitation by J poses some threat to their population in their homeland of wherever their homeland is.
