GlaDOS is some kind of freak or robot who was friends with Wheatley in the Aperture Science Lab. She is enemies with Chell and tries to kill her. She appears in Count to three with Gordon Freeman when she says test chamber 3. She also appears in Portal OVER 9000.
GlaDOS was made by Bowser during the Videogame War when they needed something evil to blow stuff up with. GlaDOS was originally supposed to be male, and to have a rocket launcher. Her voice malfunctioned and had a miraculous sex change. She trapped people in her infamous test chambers in the Aperture Science Lab. The only way out of them was to pass through them all without getting killed. Rumour has it that if you complete all the tests, you get free cake. Others say it was a lie and was a pit of fire. Most test subjects committed suicide, but some idiot called Chell decided to Hax0r it way through using a Portal Gun that Bowser hid. She killed GlaDOS and blew up the Aperture Science Lab. She had her free cake and ran away.
