Franceso Cousins was a launch title for the Wintendo Pii made by Wintendo themselves.
It is legally proven to not be a rip off of Super Mario Bros and is based on 100% true story.
It is all in black & white and has a rating or FTTFTT (Far Too Terrifying For Timmy Turner)
Plot[]
The shame takes place in New York City during the height of the Vineland empire, while the city was in termile. The shame's plot is based in the drama surrounding this mafia. In many ways it plays like a telltale shame where you have to make serious and hard decisions which effect the story in drastic ways that not even the shame it's self could emotionally comprehend. It focuses primarily on Francesco who has serious emotional problems after years of crimework. He feels so overwhelmed by the responsibility and the fear of going back. This prompts him to become worse and worse at his job and require him to get therapy to try and get over his problems. Francesco is always on the edge of losing his life. "It's a shame with a huge amount of narrative potential and that was always what the developers envisioned, but unfortunately this was too far. It is a game with a lot of emotional depth that can be really powerful to watch." according to IGN.
Shameplay[]
As previously mentioned, it plays alot like a telltale shame, where the shame plays out like a cutscene
and your inputs have in impact on 1. the story, and 2. what plays out on screen.
Due to the strap on style motion controller, the shameplay is alot simpler only offering 2 and sometimes 3 decisions per choice due to the limited number of ways you can wag the controller.
Also as previously mentioned, the shame is entirely in black & white to fit a sorta mafia aestetic.
