—Fortran
Fortran Dracula is a crazy half-vampire guy who rules over the Bootleg Kingdom. He founded it after escaping from prison, which he was in for being too similar to Mario. He used to be normal but went crazy after getting money stuck in his teeth, leading to the creation of the Ooze™ and the Clone Wars.
He is the brother of Ragamiicho and adoptive father of Weegee and Malleo.
Early Life[]
Fortran was born in Diamond City on Febuary 29th 1944 to Count Dracula and Dolly Parton. Dracula intended Fortran to take over as count when of age, but after being murdered by Simon Belmont Fortran would decide to open a plumbing company with his brother instead.
With no other plumbing companies mysteriously ever opened in Diamond City before, business took off immediately. Unfortunately the duo would soon be placed under arrest, with their company shut down. They would be tried in the Mushroom Kingdom high court for being ripoffs of Mario and Luigi, and sentenced to 15 years in Mushroom federal prison.
In prison Fortran met others locked up for being too similar to Mario characters like Brench, Purple Dick and the super genius Mellono, he also got fatter. Seeing the clear abuse of power, Fortran would use his vampire powers to hypnotize the prison gaurds and free everyone.
Figuring the government would soon find out and send people after them, he with Mellono's help built a rocket and escaped to Mars.
The Bootleg Kingdom[]

Arriving on Mars, Fortran would found the Bootleg Kingdom. He would rule lightly, spending money on public works and fostering a sense of community among the settlers. After some time however, some money got caught in his teeth. Upon pulling out the money, Fortran went crazy and decided he liked money and plotted to become rich, though because he was a a crazy evil guy now he forgot all about the "become" and plotted to rich.

He left Mars and went to UnAmerica and broke into a power plant and stole some radioactive chemicals. Then he broke into a Nintendo factory, and poured the chemicals on a Game Boi. This gave the Game Boi amazing powers, which allowed Fortran to get money by pressing it's "start" button. He PUSHed START TO RICH and RICHed.
Fortran from then on ruled with an iron fist, using the kingdom to make a profit and using his vampire powers to keep people complacent.
