Tabuu is a blue matrix-like humanoid who recently became enemies with Galeem. He claims to have custody of Master Hand while Galeem says "nuh uh" and PWNs him. For some reason he wants to conquer the UnUniverse. Not because he wants power, but because he wants to exercise his weird fetish of turning everybody into a trophy (he played too much Changed). He is also one of the ancestors of Yasmin Bloom.

Tabuu was created by subtracting the Chuck Norris and Weegee from Chuck Norriseegee and sending his remaining DINNER through a black hole. Through an unknown process, he absorbed the black hole, which made him kind of epic. Scientists at NASA cannot explain how this event occurred, Tabuu becoming epic. Below is the math and why he exists:
He is the equivalent of a 0 (since nothing would be left after you solve this equation), but is also equal to NaN, which isn’t possible since 0 is a number and NaN means "Not a Number", so Tabuu is both a number and not a number. Tabuu is a living paradox, and should’ve never been created, but it was most likely created from the involvement of Chuck Norris, causing a Reality Glitch. It was also the power of DINNER and the black hole. Subtracting Chuck Norris's beyond beyond beyond (etc.) infinite power should have left him infinitely worthless except for that black hole. Though perhaps to quantify power in this way just doesn't make sense to begin with.
He'd later go on to try and conquer the UnUniverse and manifest his destiny, but was stopped by Sonic who thought he had eaten the Cyan Crewmate. His thirteen attacks were all so slow and so choreographed that they were all basically pointless. But back to his conquering: his methods were very strange. It involved R.O.B. and his clones black hole-ing places to send to his shelf. Maybe that made trophication easier? Maybe by having it on his shelf he "owned" the land? Either way, his UnRank dropped an incredible amount after this embarrassing defeat.
His thirteen attacks[]
Tabuu is known for having a varied and wild arsenal.
His first move; Shark Blade: He turns into a blade resembling a shark/circuit board and charges.
His second move; Diving Slash: Tabuu appears high and transforms into an energy blade. Then, he dives to the surface and rams/stabs the enemy.
His third move; Golden Bracket: He transforms into a cage of energy, resembling two golden brackets, then flies and captures his opponent and plows them into the floor.
His fourth move; Chain of Light: Tabuu creates a golden chain and throws it in order to catch his opponent. In this frame he should technically be dead as Blue Guys aren't allowed to become Green Guys. Nevermind he's a "Cyan Guy", yeah okay buddy smartass.
His fifth move; Electrical Shield: The purple sphere inside his torso splits into several fragments, which fly in circles around him for a short time while emitting electricity. This attack has a decent range, but leaves Tabuu wide open for projectile weapons.
His sixth move; Rapid Chop: Tabuu teleports behind his opponent non-personnelly and repeatedly karate-chops the enemy. This move can juggle opponents, though has less range than other attacks.
His seventh move, Pinpoint Explosion: From one side of his foe, he preforms a pointing gesture. Five locations along a line leading to his opponent's current location will flash golden once and explode after about two seconds.
His eighth move; Ghost Projection: Tabuu shoots out many ghost images of himself in every direction, which explode on contact. The images can be destroyed en route, however.
His ninth move; Dragon Cannon: Tabuu summons a giant cannon resembling a dragon that also acts as a hoverbike and blasts a powerful beam of dark energy straight forward.
His tenth move; Bullet Rain. He opens his palm and shoots energy bullets from his fingers.
His eleventh move; Shuriken Boomerang. Tabuu throws out a shuriken that returns after achieving a certain distance.
His twelfth move; Laser Eyes: Tabuu grows so that he can overlook the whole battlefield and starts shooting lasers out of his eyes.
His thirteenth and final finishing move; Off Waves: He spreads out his wings and emits pulses which deal incredible knockback.
