The TCR Global Pic Bank is a facility in The Twitchchat Republic.
While owned by Norway it was used to store seeds, but now it's used for a much more important purpose.
It documents images and photos that can't be traced to an origin anywhere in the UnHyperverse, which means they come from another dimension, presumably our dimension, the Real World/Normalverse.
These images have been rumored to predict the future within the UnUniverse, we have a few to show:
