Wow, so evil!
Evil Luigi is the created brother of Evil Mario. He was made when Luigi was touched by black ooze. Evil Luigi is now living with his brother in the same prison. After Evil Luigi was made, the first thing he did was take a bomb, and blow Luigi's head off. He missed, somehow, so Luigi used a starman, and Evil Luigi was forced to run. He ran through an active .jpeg weapon testing ground, giving him an extraordinarily powerful .jpeg crust after he absorbed the .jpeg radiation on the grounds.
Starting a new restaurant[]

Luigi's is a restaurant started by Evil Luigi. It sells spaghetti with poison, which is used to poison people. Evil Luigi started it because he wanted to compete with Mario's Pizza started by his brother. Weegee liked to eat at the restaurant, so does Malleo. The Simpsons have been to the restaurant too, but were all killed. However, Evil Luigi didn't go to the funeral of the Simpsons (although they were famous), because he is evil.
He got arrested after the cops saw him feeding the two children spaghetti, he is now in jail, and his place was shut down. After years of blaming Luigi for poisoning people in the restaurant, they discovered it was actually a clone, and Evil Luigi was sent to many prisons, eventually getting stuck at the German Prison, in the same cell with his brother and his assistant Tyson Yoshi.
