Ethan Zenshin also known as Gold or is a popular Pokémon Trainer and Vice Leader of The Crystal Alliance. He is known for his very kind personality and being approved by Ho-Oh himself.

History[]
Ethan was born in New Bark Town, similar to Kris. She and Ethan used to play together when they are little, since basically no one else was in the small town they live in. They also went on a Pokemon Journey together and beat every single Trainer in Kanto and Johto, even big bois like Ash Ketchum and Lance. Ethan was always the weaker of the two trainers, though, as he was afraid of a lot of stuff (The Dark, Bug Pokemon, Zubats, etc.). Somehow, Ethan and Kris once got onto a bus to Pac-Land and got attacked by Pac-People, so he's also afraid of Ghosts and Circles now.
Kris left Johto due to the fact she wanted to travel the world and become stronger. Ethan eventually had Kris only in the back of his mind after she stopped calling due to a Baby Yoshi eating her Pokegear. Another girl around the same age as Ethan and Kris was living in New Bark Town, and Ethan finally had enough courage to become friends with her. Of course, this lady is Lyra, the Pokemon Trainer with the Soul of Silver, whatever that means. (Apparently it means Lyra has the purest soul or something.)
When Lyra did her Pokemon Journey, Ethan was there as a guidebook for her. Basically, Ethan was there to help Lyra in case of any situations she got herself into. Interestingly enough, history practically repeated itself for his second Journey, so his advice was even more helpful for Lyra. Lyra was a great person for Ethan, but for him, nothing could replace Kris.
Ethan was really starting to miss and worry about Kris during 2019. Despite what the news said back then, Ethan believed that Kris was still alive due to the disappearance of May. He decided to call the most sophisticated mystery solver, Shaggy Rogers in order to solve the mystery of Kris. Shaggy was more than happy to help Ethan, as he was able to finally try out his new Mystery Gang, The Shaggy Connection. Finding Kris was easy, courtesy of Olimar. After reuniting with her, he, Kris, Lyra, Kat, Ana, and Olimar officially formed up the Crystal Alliance, a group of good guys who's intentions are to get rid of evil in the UnWorld. Nowadays, Ethan hasn't done too much. He has became friends with Dawn, despite the fact she is evil.
Personality[]
Ethan is known to be a very kind guy, considering that fact that Ho-Oh doesn't mind being his trainer. He likes helping others in case if they are under stress or trouble. However, Ethan is admittedly a scaredy-cat and is afraid of a lot of things. While he isn't as timid as the likes of Luigi and Shaggy Rogers, he still is considered to be a wuss by some people.
