An Escape Jail Card is an item used by villains and terrorists to get out of any EARTH JAIL EVER. A Escape Jail Card has 3 uses until they can't be used anymore, and then after that you are toast. An Escape Jail Card can only be found in a Monopoly game, but you don't have the money to buy Monopoly because You are poor. HAHA!
Escape Jail Cards can also be found on eBay and Morshu's Shop, but they cost a lotta RUPEES money. Luigi also has 1000 of these, but he only shares with his brother.
