“In lulz we trust!” Yeah right.
Encyclopedia Dramatica (also known as æ or ED) is an evil website claiming to be satire, but it is really used by basement dwellers, 13-year-old boys, Trolls, and Teletubbies that got kicked out of 4chan because they want to insult everything they hate. Their motto is "in lulz we trust".
History[]
In late 2004, the days were dark. Some woman named GirlVinyl wanted to make an online encyclopedia for internet culture, and LiveJournal happenings. But no, a bunch of trolls invaded the website and turned it into LOTS of offensive content and shock material. Why? Well, it's because they claim that its "For Teh Lulz".
It gained worldwide attention and criticism for its content. The website shut down in April 2011, only for fans to bring it back via a different domain (it was .com but it became .es). Turns out it had several domains (.ch .es, .se, .rs .wiki. It is currently .online). And no, the website won't go away, it will just be brought back due to fans until the End of Days.
