Emesis blue is a creepy monochrome version of the Medic who goes on and on about the Respawn Machine. He's gone on rampages, committed murders, and other stuff. It was all because of some wacky nightmares he got after taking some shrooms. He also stupidly gave his patients the same mushrooms, which also gave them nightmares. Although, I'm not sure we can blame him since Emesis Blue can give you nightmares by just existing.
He's also done some good though, like trying to kill Your Mom and a Fat Capitalist. Be careful though, since he's also out to get you. He was also basically made immortal thanks to the Respawn Machine. That's right, you can't kill him. Well, at least not for very long.
In life, most of EB's kills were in Conagher Slaughterhouse, where he killed Scout, and Engineer's brother. While there he also killed Stalingrad and Scunt (The latter of which was there for some reason). The slaughterhouse was set on fire shortly after, but somehow he survived, being basically immortal and all. After that he killed the Mann brothers. You should've seen them DIE.
A bunch of other stuff happened at the slaughterhouse, but we're too Stupid to understand what they were. I think there were some horror movie references, and some existential crap, but it gave me nightmares so I won't talk about it.
He also apparently died in a car crash. At least we think he did.
