Elmo City is the capital city of The Middle of Nowhere. The city is unofficially ruled by Emperor Elmo and WaEmperor Elmo.
Economy[]
Elmo City has a practically non-existent economy, practically existing off of who can burgle the most cash from the collapsing banks. Then the person goes and spends it at the also collapsing stores. Money is earned by being directly paid by costumers, and then eventually burgled by others if they don't have enough.
Transport[]
- Some members of Elmo City get around in orange cars that are very hard to control. They are very fast and are in limited quantity, even though there is a factory that makes them. There are places where visitors can rent them, like the main train station and Elmo city airport.
- A method of public transport are two trains, with the faces of two unidentifiable criminals placed on the front for some unknown reason. When not in use, they are parked on the car pavement. Why this is is unknown.
Key Events[]
- 2000 - The city is spawned into existence. Most buildings such as the giant blue treehouse in the centre are pre-built, with more infrastructure to be made by the people that would later inhabit it.
- 2001 - Emperor Elmo becomes the unofficial ruler. He populates the land with Roblox Elmoes who slaughter anything in sight.
- 2003 - WaEmperor Elmo is created and the first thing he finds out about is the existence of Elmo City. He asks if he can have any role in its ruling, which Emperor Elmo denies. However, they eventually come to an agreement, and WaEmperor Elmo becomes the co-ruler for if things get out of hand.
- 2005 - Appliance Avenue has a giant gang war, known as The Tool War of 2005. It involves the death of Pat.
- 2007 - Construction of the new, much safer Elmo City Road begins, which aims to replace the old Elmo City Road.
- 2012 - Construction of the new road is complete, but due to a few issues, the opening is delayed.
- 2013 - The new road opens,
- 2023 - The city is invaded by Duplo Monsters, but they are saved by Redkitty.
- 2031 - More Splaat Bomb factories open.

- Elmo City has one of the highest crime rates in any city in the UnUniverse. I mean, their economy literally runs off theft! The city is also home to Appliance Avenue, which essentially runs off a big dispute between two gangs.
- There are only two roads in and out of the city.
- It has the most exports of Splaat Bombs.
- It exports thousands of them every year.
- The most popular spot in the city is The Tool War of 2005 memorial, which is at Appliance Avenue.
- Because of the high crime rates, not only does the airport have Kontrol points, but the train stations and the 2 roads in and out of the city.
- The city's Splaat Bomb factory produces millions of Splaat Bombs every year.
