Eleotan Táparo, sometimes known as Eleotan was a Utuber from Bruzil, formerly East Brazil. He was known for not trying to be bilingual and this has led the Teletubbies to make fun of him. The reason is that many of his videos titles are English but their descs are in Portuguese, (which the teletubbies think is a rip off of Spanish).
Bio[]
It is unknown when Eleotan was born but based in his appearance, he is anywhere from 20-40 years old. He was originally from what is now East Brazil, but after the Brazilian Divide, Diesel 10 took over East Brazil and he thought that Portuguese was a rip off of Spanish because of their similar words, he thought that maybe he can force them into speaking Spanish and English to amalgamate Portuguese speakers to Spanish. Then he started making videos in 2017 and then he gained views. Then he got deported to West Brazil. He then led a resistance against Dipsy, fascist leader of West Brazil. Then we see that Dipsy was requiring people to speak Telugu and also, Eleotan had gotten smarter. Then Bruzil gained its independence from West Brazil which started a war and today he has gone into hiding and who knows when he is coming back.

Eleotan is weird because he has his video descs in Portuguese but his titles In English because he is trying hide his identity why reaching a larger audience. Another YouTuber who acts like him is Daniel El Verde Pro, who he has collaborated with. He makes videos about Gabe The Unknown singing songs and his own silly little rip off of Skibidi Toilet, Skibidi Dog Toilet.
