Dr. Wily

Not to be confused with Dr. Eggman

Dr. WIly is a well known freak who has a lot of technology he uses to kill Megaman. He always fails, but he has done a lot of other stuff. Stuff like changing history and building castles and robots to make himself look cool, and he sort of is cool 'cause his castle has an awesome theme and the robots he makes are pretty good. But besides that, he's just an Old Person in a castle that he made himself.

Changing History

Dr. Wily has changed history more then Ophelia and Doctor Who combined. He has changed stuff like the future, the past, and Your Mom. Other people never bother that he changes history cause most people are a bunch of losers who let anything happen.

• Made himself live until the end and beyond

• Killed a whale
• Made it so Megaman didn't have parents.
