There is no disputing that Dr. Caligosto Loboto is the greatest dentist the UnWorld has ever seen. He's pulled enough teeth to make a recreation of the Undefeatable Palace out of just molars. But how did he do it? How did he become the GOAT? It all started when his parents said "its lobotomy time!" and poked his brain with an ice pick because they caught him bending a spoon, which meant he was a psychic. They were shocked to see that he started to go bananas, and swiftly abandoned him in an alleyway. This is when he started practicing dentistry, and his first patient? Asylum orderly Fred Bonaparte!
After seriously maiming several people, he was eventually dragged to an asylum. This is where he became a mad scientist for hire, and met Coach Oleander, who had been wanting to use the brains of fellow Psychonauts to try and TAKE OVER ZA WARUDO! This incident, colloquially known as The Great Brain Theft of 2005, was eventually stopped by Raz, who emotionally damaged Oleander while Dr. Loboto was busy fleeing the country, to somewhere where medical licenses aren't required.
