Dr. Douglas "Dougie" Powers, better known as Dr. Evil is an evil-doer of evil, who does evil things therefore he is evil. Despite being evil, he's not so evil - he's almost as evil as his evil older brother, who is so evil that he is so not-evil that he is evil! He is also bald.
Biography[]
Dr. Evil was born in 1969 to an evil family. He was one of two brothers who went to Evil School to learn how ro be evil. From a young age, he became rivals with Austin Powers, so he killed him and threw him into the Wa-Machine to create Evil Austin Powers. Since then, he has done many evil crimes and evilacts; he also formed many evil and unfunny organisations with DaTenthGate

Blofeld is the evil brother of Dr. Evil. Blofeld has very close physical resemblance to his brother, but is notably more intelligent... and notably more evil!
Austin Powers[]
Austin Powers was the nemesis of Dr. Evil. He is very un-evil. In fact, he was so un-evil that he was evil. Damn thee Mike Myres!!! He was killed by Dr. Evil and thrown into the Wa-Machine, creating Mr Bigglesworth.
Mr Bigglesworth[]
Mr Bigglesworth is the evil version of Dr. Evil's nemesis Austin Powers. He is in the form of a cat, making him uglier than your mother. He does very evil things from time to time, but most of the time he must licks his own balls. He's also the ancestor of infamous evil dictator Bingus, so he's pretty evil, I would say.
