Demonstration of illegal dancing.
Dancing is an activity that humans usually do (most notably children because Fortnite invented it). It was subsequently made highly unlegal when everybody decided dancing was gay and thus banned it out of homophobia. The most famous place where dancing is banned is XLCity in China, and the police HQ in the city says DANCE ALERT on the screen on the front of it whenever it happens.

In the UnWorld, dancing is illegal as we've already established. If you dance in any place that makes it illegal, as well as yourself illegal. When dancing was invented in 1984 by Evil Luigi, he did so because he wanted people to be gay and evil just like him. Since the United States didn't ban homophobia yet, Senator Armstrong took it upon himself to ban it himself by passing a bill into the UnWorld's legislation, skipping both the house, the senate, the president, and the Americas because the bill was so important the entire world needed to hear about it.

In 2003, 2005, 2006, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2022, some guy walked down the street and when he stopped, the dog turned into a Boombox Dog and the man began to dance. At the same time pandemonium breaks out with people screaming and running everywhere. He has never been arrested, being the smoothest criminal out there. The Kontrol Point somehow has never caught him.
Celebrities[]
People like Michael Jackson have been able to dance since they're very popular and not gay. Other people are allowed to dance in music videos too, like Miley Cirus and Britney Spears. Basically if you are destined to go to Celebrity Heaven after you die you can dance without being caught.
Today[]
The emperor of China, Jackie Chan has since unbanned dancing, making China the least 1984 country in the UnWorld. Soon, other governments did as well because they don't want to be seen as gay and homophobic. The second country to have ever unbanned dancing is Mexico, since in 1871 they have retroactively written into Mexican law when unbanning homosexuality that dancing is never to be banned. If you want to get a Boombox Dog, you can get them from street vendors in China. Still, it is banned in XLCity, and nobody knows why.
