Cool Land Upside-Down is exactly what it sounds like. A terrible place to live in. Despite technically a Cool Land city, nobody cares about it because of how uncool it is. The reason why it exists? To sum it all up, the random Russian country place that is independent from those Brits also had quite a lot of uncool people, and in the 1970s the main Cool land annexed them. You can probably guess what the people thought. In order to protest, after all their governments were slapped out of existence, they took back control of South Jagje. Some actually tried to live in the rest of Cool land, but GUESS WHAT them merc groups thought they should "take back control of their country" and everyone thought their lives suck. So uncool. Almost like, all the things that make Cool land cool were flipped upside-down.
Everything in this place is uncool. The people are absolute assholes, the buildings are constructed by a company on a 50 dollar budget while on crack, all the notable places are TERRIBLE, its notable for being bad, all the junk cars and overpriced overrated 0 star vehicles get dumped there, the reception is GOD AWFUL, the best phones is a ripoff Nokia made in knock-off China (THEY CANT EVEN GET REAL CHINA). The worst beings alive in the UnWorld came here every once in a while. Shames developed in this place are either calls for help from innocent people or the fantasies of the most degenerate no-lives, and the only things broadcasted are stuff from the Teletubbies Broadcasting Company.
Their flag features waltir, a Teletubby that may or may not be The Guardian (hmmmmmm i wonder). Apparently, he was with the New World Sovereigns, and helped the Typanic people degrade their minds to uncool teletubby poopy hahaha 10.53.91.165
Cool land Upside Down's geography is similar to the main Cool land's, although darker (whatever that means).
