A Cold Caller is a slightly better version of the Flunky, they are both part of the Cogs and this guy basically has more achievements in life then the Flunky, who has no rewards at all except for Biggest Loser Award. This guy actually has a chance to kill you. That's right, if your a complete and udder idiot who is lost and confused, he can kill you. He's known to lurk around streets when he wants to, but dies every 7 minutes or so. Better then the Flunky at least. You should probably go and kill him anyways, even if he's better then the Flunky, he's still super moronic.
