"Cobalt Blue" is a member of the Blue Teletubby Workers working in the Satellite Station and Area-401. He lives in the Dorm 34 in the top-left bunk. Like other Teletubbies, he is a humanoid with large round ears and a stout chubby body. Unlike most Teletubbies, however, most blue workers lack an antenna. Cobalt is known for his hard job, which is making more Australis-bathies. He works with Lenny (Teletubby) and is a part of the GIAIC (Global Intelect And Informitive Core-jobs), which do nothing but making Australis-bathies and creating AI like GIAIC (Gunmetal Intelect And Instruction Core). Cobalt rarely reads, mostly the book Run Away From Home And Die and kinda likes Nutella because hating it pisses Azure Blue for some reason. He also watches the 12 inch (30-centimeter) diameter gold-plated copper show on TubbyTV and he is in debt after Teo Blue used Cobalt's hard earned cash to buy a crying duckling singing As the world caves in but x999 speedowned by Adolf Hitler, it was dead and fake. He is also the rival of Teo Blue due the reason listed above.
