Chilliam William, also known as Chill Bill was a villain who attacked innocent people by freezing them to death. He was born in Medievil England under a bridge. He then froze innocent people to death. Who knows more about him. Nobody, because he froze them.

First Life[]
In his first life, Chill Bill was in Medievil England, and all he did was freeze people. Yes, he’s that evil. This caused him to enter a dungeon with Edward V, who was gonna get with with a red hot poker (no, not that poker), but Bill ate it, and since his name is Chill Bill, he melted to death, and the water drowned Edward, meaning the water was on trial for Regicide, meaning it was executed by going into the sun, creating Obsidian, causing Sun Creatures to throw it on the person who made the obsidian. Eventually Bill saw a skeleton with hair, which told him to tell him about his death, before going to the Afterlife, but Bill was sent to Hell, and put on Stupid Deaths.
Reviving[]
In Hell vs Heaven, Chill Bill managed to escape Hell and go back to the Real World, and escaped to Buylands, but then got trapped, and died in the trap. He got sent to hell again where he teamed up with another ice demon, Jack Frost, and together they made a Noelle Holiday of the underworld and did the SnowGrave route. They were both stopped by Hades who told them to take it down a notch, but then they avenged Notch's dead brother by taking it up a Herobrine. (Actually, their antics are very similar to The Miner.) Anyways, Hercules helped them out by pushing Hades into the River Styx in Fake Hell. For weeks none of the higherups at Hell didn't notice, even Bob Saget; he was handling Danganronpa at the time. For an entire month, the Styx was frozen, and the lava was turned into pillars of basalt. After Bob Saget returned to Hell, he banished all ice demons from hell, and sent them to Antarctica. (No jails wanted them.)
Modern[]
They both found Elsa in Antarctica, who was the first person who didn't kill them in 5 years. She showed them her ice palace in Norway, but they both decided that Norway was boring and so went their separate ways. Chill Bill tried to continue the SnowGrave route in England, but got so bored of just killing that he went back to living under his bridge, hoping for something interesting to happen. Peter Pan (and Sweet Pete) have payed him visits on multiple occasions, and they got along well. Pete was the one who bought him his epic jeans armor. Though eventually, he did just return to the Buylands to fight capitalist greed. He sometimes gets help from Donkey Kong and Bowser.
This theme song is cooler that the other Buylander's ones. Ahah ahah ahah.
