The ever so loyal Captain 78
Captain 78 is a member of the Legion of Captains. He was concieved by Cyber-Dee on a Samsung Galaxy tablet to help build the UnAnything HQs. Captain 78 has a drill head to mine ores and other materials to build things. He was originally intended to only do this job and then get killed off, but they got to lazy and forgot about him. He became a true Number Captain when two HQs had to be rebuilt after an attack by Captain 1.
Captain 78 is one of the most loyal Number Captains, if you are good and you want him to do a job then he can do it. This loyalty is his fatal flaw, however, for he is easily manipulable. If you are evil, you can disguise as a good guy and he can do your bidding. Captain 78 never takes into consideration the job he is doing, he just does it, that's what made it so Captain 3 can get him to steal the US nuke codes, but Captain 78 accidentally jabbed the paper he wrote them on thanks to his drill hands.
Speaking of his drill hands, those are also a problem. He thinks he can do anything but his drills keep him back. He broke Mr. Dink's grill even more than it was already, causing him to turn into Mr. Dink Ultima.
