Cabbage Guy often is believed to have the ability to teleport anywhere at will. Cabbage Guy's reason for existing is to secretly watch the mortals, and how they treat cabbages. If they are respectful, then they will be blessed with the power of cabbages. However, those who disrespect Cabbage Guy by destroying his cabbages will be punished severely.
