Biscuit Monster is the cousin of Cookie Monster, at first, he seems like a average Brit who eats Biscuits, but in reality, he is a secret spy sent by Queen Elizabeth II to stop the threat of The Furchester Hotel, a hotel ran by members ofthe Elmo Gang! He never lets Cookie Monster know his secret, but tried to shoot him with a tranquiliser, which nearly gave him away.

According to a interview, the ghost of Grover said, "I'm ashamed to have a, "britiot" in my family tree." which could mean that he found out Biscuit Monster's secret. Biscuit Monster is also the fake final boss of Grand Theft Sesame Street: The Furchester Hotel.
