Bill Cipher is a demon who likes entering the dreams of people and possessing them. He is the founder of the Illuminati too, and is basically the Illuminati logo but can fly without wings. He also is incredibly powerful and has taken a dimension before, and nearly did it again. This would make him an Undefeatable, however he was killed by two kids and their two ugly uncles.
He now lives in Gravity Falls, Oregon, UnAmerica.

Early Life[]
Bill was born in Egypt as the top part of a pyramid. He worked as the soul guide for the Pharaoh between Heaven and Earth. However, Egypt fell and he had to fly to central UnAmerica. There he met the stupid UnAztecs, who call Taikoos "Axolotls". They told him about the story of their soul guide Aikoo, who is now The God of Taikoos. After knowing that the UnAztecs have a soul guide as well, he traveled to the time and space between time and space. The two soul guides became friends.
Founding the Illuminati[]

The Illuminati is an organization founded by Bill Cipher on 1 May 1776, which turned out to be Bill's (9001/3)th UnBirthday (It wasn't his UnBirthday because 9001 cannot be divisible by 3, so instead he was 3000 years and 4 months old, so his UnBirthday should be on 1 January 1224 BC (what a new year baby!)).
