Big and Small was the name given to an obscure, short-lived series of incidents covertly filmed in 2008 and adapted to television by a BBC affiliate, involving the lives of the eponymous Big and Small, a pair of virtually unclassifiable Muppet-like organisms living their daily lives in the countryside of a land contaminated with primeval worms who make attempts to perform espionage on the two.
Despite their diminutive sizes, Big and Small are shown to be adept at performing complex and dangerous stunts and crimes, most of which involve damaging the walls of their household, located some thousand miles in the middle of nowhere in some deranged manner.
Cast[]
Character | Description |
---|---|
Big | An innocuous, mature, yet lean-obsessed organism who is apparently reminiscent of a bear, though in truth resembles Barney more than anything, for the most part when he unveils his... teeth. Close companion of the post-mentioned Small. |
Small | The narcissistic, obstreperous birthchild of a Cheeto and a semi-lobotomized, diminished bear, responsible for accounts of vehicular manslaughter and tax fraud; it is unknown if smalls or bigs as perceptible species though even are required to pay tax. |
Ruby | A pink mouse that was disengaged brutally from a computer for her impertinence upon birth. She currently resides with Big and Small free of charge, though at first they were oblivious to her mere existence. |
The Dig-Its | A race of primeval fascist worms who rule the land the incidents took place in, and for that moment were made to reside in a solitary tree in the garden who at times performed rituals during the incidents to engage their prime targets, Big and Small, either into labour, animal endangerment or into worm propaganda. |
