A person from Africa
Africa (called Tamriel in various local dialects) is the place where Starving African Children are from. It is also where poor people are from, and it's where Africa is from. Africa is also where slaves were from, but then people realized that was a bad thing, so slaves came from China instead. Africa is not as big as Asia, but Africa still takes pride in being fat (and bald).
Africa is often considered to be a third-world continent despite the fact that some of the most powerful countries (Squadala Empire and South Africa) are located here.
