彡 is a Japanese member of ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ who scratches stuff all the time.

And after that incident, he was fired from the ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. He was exiled into Antarctica (not that he actually went there). We are actually not sure which indecent got him fired, because he did so many things wrong. He once even added 2 and 2, and he somehow got Magikarp.

He cleaned city from disgusting crap on the streets for money telling The Scratch Cat hired him to do his dirty work. The truth was Po was using Idiot Manipulation, but nobody knew that. Also, 彡 is actually a Soviet spy working for Dr. Robotnik. He has stolen thousands of secrets from ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ, and sold them to communists around the world.

彡 is now mutated thanks to an accident involving Pie and Pi. We believe 彡 is hiding in a cave somewhere, too embarrassed to show his ugly face, and he should be, because he is disgusting.
