ΑΒΓΔΕΖΗΘΙΚΛΜΝΞΟΠΡΣΤΥΦΧΨΩ is an ancient organization of letters from the faraway country of Ancient Greece. It was created by the Gods of Ancient Greece as a form of communication. They taught it to the humans, who began to speak their language, but their language began to slowly change over a vast period of time.
After a while, a new version of ΑΒΓΔΕΖΗΘΙΚΛΜΝΞΟΠΡΣΤΥΦΧΨΩ was born. It was called ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ, and it decided to leave Greece and create a newer, younger empire called Rome. It succeeded, even though Rome would eventually fall and Greece would still be around. However, at that time, the letters U, W and J did not exist. They joined much later, after ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ left to live in Alphabeta and found the two letters there, living by themselves. ΑΒΓΔΕΖΗΘΙΚΛΜΝΞΟΠΡΣΤΥΦΧΨΩ was still around, but it was not as powerful or famous as it used to be, especially with the invention of the English language, which ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ created. With the coming of the Spartan Debt Crisis, however, they needed a safe haven, and so stole some Greek military rockets and went to Quicksilver, in the Zolar System, which they claimed as their own. However, Leonidas had established a claim over the planet just prior. Thinking diplomatically, though, he let them have the whole planet as long as they submitted to the Spartan Empire. ΑΒΓΔΕΖΗΘΙΚΛΜΝΞΟΠΡΣΤΥΦΧΨΩ accepted, of course.
